A Master Recycler is invited to offer a presentation geared towards a mixed group of elementary aged students. Share how recycling works and what kids can do to help our planet through "Reduce, reuse, recycle." Topic can range from talking about how recycling works in our area- once it is picked up, where does it go? to some of the newer recycling restrictions and the different meanings of plastic recycling numbers. Other topics could include how can students help educate their school and community about recycling.

The school has a computer and projector set-up available as well as tables to present any items brought. Teachers could collaborate with the master recycler to help plan or focus the presentation if desired. The presentation time is flexible between the hours of 8 and 3pm on Wednesday, March 20. (Thursday, 3/21, would be a possibility as well.) Thank you!
