Ditch the Straw PDX - Join the Surfrider Foundation in recruiting businesses to ditch the straw! The campaign aims to educate, raise awareness and reduce single-use disposable plastic straw use. Surfrider is asking businesses to pilot providing straws by request only and to eliminate plastic straws by using reusable or paper straw alternatives instead. In just three months this campaign has already prevented about 10,000 plastic straws from being used!
