Repair Fairs are free community event where skilled volunteers help people fix their household items such as small appliances, electronics, clothing, bikes, garden tools, small furniture, etc. This will be the first Repair Fair at the new Cornelius Library location. The event runs from 11am - 2pm. Volunteers will arrive between 10:00 - 10:15 am Please join us whether you have fixing skills or not. We need 3-5 volunteers to help at the registration and hold tables, to staff a recycling/waste reduction table and to talk to attendees. We are aiming to make this a bilingual event so if you have Spanish language skills, please let me know.
