Fix-it Fairs (four topics for tabling) SE Portland

The Fix-It Fair is a FREE City of Portland event where you can learn simple ways to save money and connect with resources. Join your neighbors and talk to the experts about how to spend less and stay healthy.

There are Three topics and two shifts: please indicate which time and topic you would like to do.

Shifts:

  • Morning 9-noon

  • Afternoon noon-3:30

Topics

  • Portland CAN: Save Your Food: help people stop food waste with tips and resources on food storage and meal planning. Includes a fun food storage game.

  • Healthy Homes: Join Metro staff to engage residents in ways to use less-toxic ways to clean, maintain, repair and improve the home, control pests, care for pets and more.

  • Bring Your Own Cup: Join Recycling Advocates to staff a table that encourages folks to bring their own cup.
