Master Recyclers are invited to participate in the Winter Light Festival as crewleaders of the Green Team. Help set up signage and containers and train and supervise Green Team volunteers throughout the various locations along the river. The Portland Winter Light Festival, powered by PGE renewable energy, is a free, all-ages community wide celebration illuminating the city's public spaces with installations by premier light artists and designers.
